Mixed metal primitive Viking inspired Ring has torch created fire patina and the metals of copper and silver. Handcrafted in artisan studio. Pure copper fused to Sterling silver at high heat. Every ring is unique due to how the Sterling silver will melt and fuse with the copper base.

WEARING RAW COPPER:
You may get some greenish discoloration of your skin under the ring, that is from the copper reacting to the pH of your sweat/skin and is normal for wearing copper rings. The added silver and fire patina will usually diminish this reaction. I’ve been wearing my ring now for a few weeks and have no discoloration. This discoloration will change shades from light to dark and vary overtime as you shed skin cells under the ring. Copper is antimicrobial and antifungal, with believed health benefits, so it is a great choice for having on your finger.
